From concerts to contests to art sales to marathons – creative minds and giving hearts work together to raise money and collect food for the Houston Food Bank. We are grateful for your generosity and enthusiasm!

If you are interested in hosting a third party event with proceeds benefiting the Houston Food Bank, please read the event guidelines and then submit this event application. Additionally, if you are interested in hosting a Food Drive, please complete and submit the Food Drive application.

Locavores and Lone Stars at NOE Grill

Join NOE Grill poolside at the Omni Houston Galleria Hotel to celebrate all things local. Locavores can sample dishes from the Noe Grill that will feature ingredients from Texas farms. Then sip the best of Texas with libations provided by Becker Vineyards, Tito's Vodka, and St. Arnold Brewery. A portion of the ticket sales will go to the Houston Food bank. Tickets are $50 and can be purchased at localwineevents.com

9th Annual Empty Bowls Houston

Join us for the 9th Annual Empty Bowls Houston event on Saturday, May 18, 2013 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Empty Bowls is a grassroots effort by artists and craftspeople in cities and towns across the country to feed the hungry in their communities. Empty Bowls Houston is presented by Whole Food Market and implemented locally by Houston-area ceramists and artists working in various media, Houston Center for Contemporary Craft and Houston Food Bank.
